What it does
Six steps, in the order you use them: draft, refine, review, schedule, measure, learn.
Your tone, your topics, and your audience go into the draft before you ever see it.
Ask for a stronger hook, a shorter post, or a plainer tone, and the AI writes it again.
You read every draft and approve it, reject it, or send it back for a rewrite — until you hand that over to Auto Publish.
Choose your days, your times, and how often you post. Approved drafts are placed inside those limits.
A quality score for every post before it goes out, and your own impressions and engagement tracked over time once you enter them.
Every cycle sharpens the voice model it writes with, the way it scores drafts, and the times it suggests.
Each of these is a screen you can open once you are in, with the plan that opens it.
Give it a topic and it writes the slides, illustrates the ones between the cover and the closing slide, and renders a deck your post goes out as. A deck spends one image credit for each illustrated slide, from the same monthly allowance as your post images.
Paste a link or an article, choose how many posts to cut it into — up to 15, each on a different angle — and they arrive as drafts for you to read. They come out of the same monthly draft allowance as everything else you write.
Pick an opening and a shape that already works, fill in what is yours, and it opens as a draft that is scored and reviewed like any other. The library is the same for every account.
One button in your settings writes everything we hold for you into a single file you download — your drafts, your posts, your settings and your own record of what happened.
Ask for what a post was about rather than the words it happened to use, and it finds the ones you have already written on that idea.
Invite someone as an editor or as a viewer, hand the workspace over when you need to, and read back who did what. The plans below this one seat a single person, so the second seat starts with this one.
Start to finish
Configure your tone, target audience, content pillars, preferred publishing days, and quality thresholds. PostEngine adapts to your unique style.
AI creates content aligned to your brand. Review each draft, request refinements, and approve only what meets your standards.
Choose optimal times based on audience data, approve the schedule, and publish with confidence. Every post requires your explicit approval — unless Auto Publish is on.
Your own numbers feed back in: as you enter each post's results, the voice model, the quality scores and the recommended times all shift.
Who uses it
One person or a whole team — the approval step works the same either way.
Post consistently without giving up your evenings to writing. The drafts already sound like you.
Run a month of posts through one approval queue, then see which of them earned attention.
Keep a steady posting rhythm, try different formats, and see which ones people actually read.
Trust & Compliance
PostEngine drafts, scores, schedules, and reviews. You keep control of publishing, of approvals, and of the final wording — every draft is yours to edit, approve, or delete.
Nothing is drafted, scheduled, or published unless you asked for it. Auto Publish is how you ask once, in advance, instead of post by post.
Nothing goes live without your explicit approval unless you turn on Auto Publish, which is off by default. Multi-stage review ensures quality before any content is published.
Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on DigitalOcean's managed database and object storage. LinkedIn access and refresh tokens carry a second layer of AES-256-GCM encryption that we apply ourselves, so they stay unreadable even to someone holding the database. We never sell your data and never hand it to anyone for their own purposes — only to the service providers our privacy policy names, and only to run the product.
PostEngine reads and posts only through LinkedIn's official API, using the permissions you granted. No scraping, no back doors, no shortcuts.
Common Questions
No — not unless you turn it on. Approval is required for every post by default: Auto Publish is off until the account owner switches it on in Settings, and even then you are notified before each post and have at least fifteen minutes to stop it.
PostEngine builds a voice model from the posts you publish and the drafts you approve, then keeps adjusting tone, structure, and vocabulary toward the way you already write — inside the brand guidelines you set.
Every draft is scored on nine things: clarity, tone, professionalism, grammar, hook strength, usefulness, originality, how human it reads, and how well it fits LinkedIn. You set the minimum score, and a draft below it stays a draft until it is rewritten.
Yes. LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We use only official LinkedIn APIs, never scrape data, and never hand your information to anyone for their own purposes — only to the service providers our privacy policy names, and only to run the product. Your content and analytics stay private.
Yes. You can generate, review, and publish in English or Arabic, and the whole interface flips to right-to-left when you switch.
